Phantom / Status
Status
Every build, tracked since tracking began. A build goes to Updating the moment its game patches, and comes back only after it has been rebuilt and tested. Keys are paused for that gap.
Uptime, all builds, since tracking began
Median time to rebuild after a patch
Longest outage on record
What happened, and when
Every incident that has touched a build, in the order it happened.
How a state is decided
Undetected means the build loads and runs, and nothing has been reported against it. Updating means it is offline on purpose, usually because the game patched. Down means it is failing and we have not fixed it yet.
What happens to your key
Time does not run while a build is offline. If your key had four days left when a patch landed, it has four days left when the build comes back. You do not need to ask.
